Venezuelan tyrant and con artist still holds power
As the political ground beneath him shakes violently with protests and accusations of electoral fraud, Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro has turned to a dark, historical scapegoat: the Jewish community. In a brazen attempt to divert attention from his regime’s failures and growing unpopularity, Maduro has accused Jews of manipulating international media and orchestrating the opposition against him.
Now the unelected dictator of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro blames the “Zionists” for the “coup” attempt.
He says they [the Jews] control all the social media platforms and the satellites.

The recent Venezuelan election, which was expected to see opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzales victorious, descended into chaos marked by voter suppression and violence instigated by Maduro’s loyalists. The pre-election period was already turbulent, with Maduro’s threats of a “bloodbath” if he were to lose. When the results were announced, the Maduro-controlled election authority declared him the winner, despite widespread allegations of fraud and manipulation. The international community and opposition forces were quick to dispute the results, citing the regime’s refusal to provide paper tallies for independent verification and Maduro’s notorious history of election rigging, as seen in the discredited 2018 election.
In response to mounting international pressure and internal dissent, Maduro has intensified his crackdown on critics and opponents. His latest tactic involves fanning the flames of antisemitism. During a press conference, Maduro alleged that “far-right” and “international Zionist” forces were conspiring against him. He accused Zionists of financing his rivals and controlling social networks and satellites to orchestrate a coup. These wild claims were meant to deflect attention from the systemic issues plaguing his regime and the electoral fraud accusations.
When all else fails, blame the jews 😂

Zionism, a movement advocating for a Jewish homeland, has been misrepresented by Maduro to fit his narrative of external interference. His remarks, as reported by The Jerusalem Post, suggest a desperate attempt to find an external enemy. Maduro’s assertion that “the communication power of Zionism” is behind the opposition illustrates his increasing paranoia and detachment from reality.
Despite the regime’s oppressive measures, opposition leader Maria Corina Machado has emerged from hiding to lead protests against Maduro’s rule. Machado, a highly popular figure in Venezuela, has faced relentless persecution, including being barred from elections and seeing her supporters jailed and charged with bogus crimes. Her return to the forefront of the opposition movement signals the resilience and determination of those demanding democratic reforms.
Maduro’s reign, beginning in 2013, has overseen a catastrophic decline in Venezuela’s economy. Despite the country’s vast oil reserves, corruption and mismanagement have led to a humanitarian crisis. Over 7 million Venezuelans have fled the country, escaping an environment where basic necessities like food are either unavailable or unaffordable. A Gallup survey revealed that 68% of Venezuelans struggle to find food, with even the wealthiest 20% facing difficulties due to rampant inflation.
Maduro’s antisemitic rhetoric is a dangerous and desperate diversion, seeking to shift focus from his failings and the growing unrest. As the international community amplifies its calls for transparency and democratic reform, the Venezuelan people continue to stand resolute, demanding an end to Maduro’s tyrannical rule. The world watches, waiting to see if their voices will finally usher in a new era of justice and democracy for Venezuela.
